Laser Treatment

We use our laser when permissible to remove decay within a tooth and prepare the surrounding enamel for receipt of the filling without having to numb our patients. Dr. Shuffield also uses our laser in certain situations for periodontal gum disease as well as to minimize bleeding and swelling during soft tissue treatments. Lasers can also be used to remove bacteria during certain root canal procedures.
